At such a young age we’re driven to find someone to love, to put time and effort into believing that our significant other is going to be there forever due to the feelings that rise at the moment. It’s strange that when we look for a relationship, we already know how it’s gonna end even before we get into it.

It’s like watching yourself jump off a cliff over and over again. The amount of time, effort, perhaps even love decides how strong the safety rope is, keeping you safe from the treacherous depths below. How much you care about him or her depends how hard you’re going to fall. Funny thing is, every time we recover from damage, we attempt to climb that same cliff in repetition believing, hoping that the same thing won’t happen again.
